In order to do this, you will need to create a rule for it. Outlook allows you to delay all emails' delivery with one option. If you decide that you want to send the email immediately at a later time, then follow these instructions: Instead, it will remain in the Outbox folder until your specified date and time. Now when you click Send after composing your email, the email will not be sent immediately.

After configuring everything, click on Close. Then specify the delivery time and date of the email when you wish to send the email. Under that section, find and check the 'Do not deliver before' checkbox. It is displayed under the Tag group in the Ribbon. While you are composing an email, click on the More options arrow icon.

This method is straightforward as you don't have to create any rule and you simply need to use the Delivery option to delay the sending according to your preferences. The method to delay a single email in Outlook is different as compared to delaying the delivery of all emails.
